针刀治疗原发性痛经的软组织病学探讨

Analysis of Needle Knife in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Soft Tissue Pathology

目的探讨针刀治疗原发性痛经的软组织病学分析及效果。方法将87例患者,严格按照原发性痛经的诊断标准入例,随机分成两组,治疗组45例,运用小针刀松解术及口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。对照组42例,应用口服布洛芬缓释胶囊进行治疗。结果治疗组有效率100%,对照组有效率59.5%。<0.01.说明两组差异有显著性。结论针刀松解软组织治疗原发性痛经疗效好。

Objective To study the epidemiological analysis of soft tissue and the ef ect.Methods 87 patients,in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea in patients,randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 45 cases,using loose small needle knife surgery and treatment of oral ibuprofen sustained release capsule.The control group,42 cases,use of oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules.Results The treatment group effective rate was 100%,control group 59.5%ef icient.<0.01,there are significant dif erence in the two groups.Conclusion True to release the soft tissue treatment of primary dysmenorrhea effect is good.
