摘要
目的了解和分析某疾病预防控制中心实施岗位设置前后有关岗位和人员结构的变化情况,为制定符合实际的相关政策提供依据。方法收集该疾病预防控制中心2011~2013年的相关资料,对实施岗位设置前后岗位等级、人员学历和年龄结构以及薪酬情况进行描述和分析。结果实施岗位设置后,专业技术岗位等级得以细化和“分流”,专业技术岗位的高学历人员比例有所提高,年人均工资得以增长。结论岗位设置的实施激活了能上能下的用人机制,有效激发内部竞争活力,进一步完善收入分配制度。
Objective Understand and analysis job position and personnel’s structure between the front and afterwards of implementing post-set ing in The Center for Disease Control and Prevention,to provide evidence for drawing up related policies.Methods Col ect related information of the center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2011~2013,to describe and analyze of post grades,personnel qualifications and age structure,salary between the front and afterwards of implementing post-set ing.Results After the implementation of post-set ing,professional and technical positions’grade has be“diversion”,the proportion of highly educated personnel in professional and technical positions has increased,per capita wages has be growing.Conclusion Implementation of post-set ing activating the engagement mechanism,stimulate the vitality of internal competition ef ectively,to further improve the income distribution system.
