中药治疗支气管炎二重感染1例报告

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Bronchitis Superinfection one Case Report

患者5w前因受凉导致咳嗽,咯痰,期间一直用抗生素输液及口服治疗,效果不显。经先给于咽试子培养为①热带假丝酵母菌;②副流感嗜血杆菌。住院后停用一切抗生素,单纯口服中药治疗,经服中药治疗10剂后,痰培养为①草绿色链球菌;②奈瑟菌;③粘滑口腔球菌;④无真菌生长。总共服药18剂痊愈。

Patients five weeks ago and cold causes coughing,expectoration,has been treated with antibiotics during the infusion and oral treatment,the ef ect is not significant.The sputum culture is one,Candida tropicalis;2,parainfluenza Haemophilus.After admission disable al antibiotics,oral medicine treatment alone,after taking the Chinese medicine treatment of 10 after sputum culture as a viridans;2,Neisseria;3,slimy oral bacteria;4,no fungal growth.A total dose 18 recovered.
