摘要
目的:控制和减少乡镇卫生院护理纠纷的发生。方法通过分析乡镇卫生院护理人力资源的问题和护理管理的缺陷,查找护理安全隐患,提出有效的对策。结果加强护理人员的整体素质和法律意识的培训,完善各项护理管理制度,从而减少护理并发症,差错事故及护理纠为纷的发生。结论乡镇卫生院需进一步加强临床护理管理工作,提高护理管理质量,保障护理安全,从而避免护理纠纷的发生。
Objective To control and reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes in township health center.Methods The defects and nursing management of nursing human resources of township hospitals,find the hidden danger for nursing safety,put forward ef ective countermeasures.Results Strengthen the overal quality of nursing staf and the legal awareness training,improve the nursing management system,so as to reduce nursing complications,accident and nursing for the occurrence of divergent.Conclusion The township hospitals need to strengthen further the clinical nursing management,improve the quality of nursing management,ensuring nursing safety,in order to prevent nursing dispute.
