消化内科重症患者无陪护病房的护理探索

Nursing Care of Patients with Severe Non Exploration Digestion Department of Internal Medicine Nursing Ward

目的:探讨消化内科重症患者实施无陪护病房的护理效果。方法选取35例重症患者作为开展无陪护理管理对象。结果通过对内科重症患者进行综合护理,减少了由于陪护人员而引起的院内感染。结论实施无陪护理模式,护理人员主观能动意识增强,自身素质及护理质量得到了极大提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective On patients with digestive internal medicine in severe without escort ward nursing ef ect.Methods Selection of 35 patients with severe as no accompany nursing management.Results Through the study of the comprehensive care of internal medicine in severe cases,reduce the nosocomial infection caused by at endants.Conclusion No accompany nursing mode,nursing staf subjective active consciousness enhancement,own quality and nursing quality has been greatly improved,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
