目的:通过在血液透析室开展优质护理服务,提高患者满意度。方法通过优化服务流程,规范环境、标牌标识,加强护士的礼仪、沟通技能及三基三严知识和应急技能的培训,实行责任制整体护理,为患者提供舒适的环境、有针对性的健康教育及优质的护理服务,满足患者的需要。结果开展优质护理服务以来患者满意度不断提高,得到了患者的好评。结论开展优质护理服务提高了透析患者的满意度,增进了护患关系。
