腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后的护理措施探讨

To Explore the Nursing Measures for Patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:浅析腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后的护理措施,提高患者的生活质量。方法选择2012年1月~2014年1月在本院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的38例患者,将38例患者随机分成两组,即对照组和实验组,每组19例,对照组采用常规护理方法,治疗组有针对性的术后护理措施。结果实验组在术后住院天数、术后并发症显著少于对照组,患者满意度方面优于对照组。结论腹腔镜胆囊术后护理措施更人性化,更有针对性,效果更满意。

Objective The nursing measures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy after operation,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods Select 2012 January^2014 January 38 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in our hospital,38 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely control group and experimental group,19 cases in each group,the control group using conventional methods of care,the treatment group had targeted nursing after operation.Results In the experimental group,days of hospitalization,surgery in the postoperative complications were significantly less than that of the control group,patients satisfaction than the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and postoperative nursing measures more humane,more targeted,the ef ect of satisfaction.
