培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及护理观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Intervention of Pemetrexed plus Carboplatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的安全性、有效性及护理对策。方法纳入经病理学确诊的老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者75例,给予培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗,治疗后观察其临床疗效和毒副反应,并针对围治疗期采取的相应护理措施进行总结分析。结果全组75患者治疗总有效率44.00%,疾病控制率73.33%。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应,经过对症处理及精心护理均可耐受,未影响化疗的顺利进行。结论培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌具有一定疗效,经过对症处理和精心护理干预毒副反应患者也可耐受。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy and nursing intervention of pemetrexed plus carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-smal celllung cancer.Methods Seventy-five elderly patients with advanced non-smal celllung cancer received pemetrexed plus carboplatin,the clinical ef icacy and toxicities after treatment were observed,the nursing measures were summarized.Results The 75 patients,the total ef ective rate was 44.00%,the disease control rate was 73.33%.The main toxicities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions,were tolerated after symptomatic treatment and intensive nursing.Conclusion Pemetrexed plus carboplatin is ef ective for elderly patients with advanced non-smal celllung cancer,the toxicities can be tolerated after symptomatic treatment and intensive nursing.
