护理专业男护生心理体验的质性研究

Qualitative Study of the Psychological Experience of Male Nursing Students

目的:研究男护生在校期间各种心理体验,及影响护理专业男生从业因素,分析导致毕业后流失的原因,为今后有针对性地开展男护生的护理教育提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,对13位男护生访谈,在知情同意的情况下对访谈的内容进行录音,并尽快对资料进行整理,若有问题及时与学生进行核实与确认,同时对其感受或观点进行及时澄清、确认,不断循环的提问和证实,以保证资料的准确性,如此循环直至信息饱和。结果经过深度访谈发现,提炼出学校成绩不理想、职业认同感缺少、自身优劣势认识不足、职业前景的迷茫困惑这四个主题,为影响男护生心理的四大因素。结论学校要重视缓解男护生们的心理问题,树立他们的信心,职业认同感,帮助他们认清自身的优劣势,规划好职业生涯,是减少男护生高流失率的有效对策。

Objective The study of male nursing students during the school a variety of psychological experience,and industry factors af ecting nursing majors,analyze thereasons for the loss in the lead after graduation,to provide a reference for the future to carry out targeted nursing education male nursing students.Methods Using qualitative research methods,recording interviews with 13 male nursing students,the content of the interviews in the case of informed consent,and to col ate the information as soon as possible if a problem with the students in a timely manner to verifyand confirm the same time their feelings or opinions in a timely manner to clarify,confirm that the continuous cycle of questions and confirmed,in order to ensure the accuracy of the information,so the cycle until information saturation.Results After-depth interviews found,extracted from the poor school performance,lack of vocational identity,its own advantages and disadvantages of lack of knowledge,mixed four themes of career prospects for the four major factors af ecting the psychologyof male nursing students.Conclusion The school should pay at ention to ease the psychological problems of themale nursing students who establish their confidence,professional identity,and help them understand their own strengths and weaknesses,planning a good career,ef ective countermeasures to reduce the high at rition rate of male nursing students.
