摘要
目的:就骨伤科老年患者牵引术后的临床疗效进行探讨与分析。方法回顾性分析我院收治的50例骨伤科老年患者临床资料,对患者予以牵引治疗、心理护理以及康复护理。结果经过一段时间的治疗以及护理,在50例骨伤科老年患者中,除了有2例患者牵引失效以外,剩余患者全部治愈出院。结论从本次研究的结果来看,对骨伤科老年患者实施牵引治疗、心理护理以及康复护理,不仅可降低各种并发症的发生率,同时可加速患者康复。
Objective The paper discussed and analyzed the clinical orthopedics traction postoperativeelderly patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of The orthopedic elderly patients carry out traction treatment,psychological nursingand rehabilitation nursing,not only can reduce the incidence of various complications,also can accelerate the patient rehabilitation,is worthy of promotionand application in clinical work nursing andrehabilitation nursing.Results After a period of treatment and nursing,in 50 cases of orthopedics and traumatology ofelderly patients,except 2 patient traction failure,remaining patientsal cured.Conclusion The orthopedic elderly patients carry out traction treatment,psychological nursingand rehabilitation nursing,not only can reduce the incidence of various complications,also can accelerate the patient rehabilitation,is worthy of promotionand application in clinical work.
