衡阳市2011~2013年艾滋病疫情流行形势分析

An Analysis of the Epidemic Situation for AIDS Disease in 2011~2013 in Hengyang City

目的:分析研究衡阳市2011~2013年艾滋病的疫情流行形势,为今后艾滋病的防控提供参考依据。方法对衡阳市2011年~2013年艾滋病疫情资料进行回顾性分析,研究艾滋病的流行病学资料,对比分析2011年、2012年、2013年新发现病例的数量、死亡病例数量及传播途径、年龄、职业等分布情况的变化。结果2011~2013年新发现病例数分别为464例、514例、483例;死亡病例数分别为249例、160例、90例;传播途径中性传播比例2012比2011年增长7.75%,2013比2012增长5.9%;职业为农民的感染比例分别为31.47%、37.16%、59.42%,60岁以上老年人感染比例分别为9.05%、15.76%、19.67%。结论衡阳市艾滋病的流行尽管处于稳定增长阶段,但每年仍以近500例左右的绝对数在递增,且性接触传播比例每年持续、快速增长。如不尽快采取有效措施予以遏制,必会引起艾滋病的暴发流行,防治形势十分严峻。需引起高度重视,应加强全民健康教育力度,加大暗娼人群监测力度,采取有效措施,积极防控,遏制艾滋病通过性途径在普通人群中快速流行。

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation for AIDS disease for research in 2011~2013 in Heng Yang city and provide reference data for future protection and control against AIDS disease.Methods To analyze by comparison the changes of the number for newly-found and death cases and of the transmission routes,ages,occupations,etc.in 2011,2012 and 2013 by making a retrospective analysis of the data for AIDS disease in 2011~2013 in Heng Yang city and studying the epidemic disease data for AIDS.Results In the years 2011~2013,464 cases,514 cases and 483 cases were identified respectively as the new cases;249 cases,160 cases and 90 cases were identified respectively as the death cases.For the transmission route,the proportion of sexual transmission in 2012 has increased by 7.75%than in 2011,and has increased by 5.9%in 2013 than in 2012.For those who work as peasants,the proportion of being infected was 31.47%,37.16%and 59.42%.For the elderly over 60,the proportion of being infected was 9.05%,15.76%and 19.67%.Conclusion Despite the stable increase in the epidemic of AIDS in Heng Yang city,the absolute number is being increased on a basis of nearly 500 cases per year.Meanwhile,the proportion of sexual transmission is continual y and rapidly increased per year.So,ef ective measures must be taken to avoid the massive outbreak of AIDS.The situation to fight against AIDS is very serious to which we shal pay much at ention.We must intensify the education for al people's health and strengthen the monitoring for prostitution to curb the rapid spread of AIDS disease among common people through sexual transmission by taking ef ective measures and protecting against AIDS disease in a positive manner.
