摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方醋酸泼尼松龙滴鼻液中醋酸泼尼松龙的含量的方法。方法采用Phenomenex Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(35:65)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为246nm。结果醋酸泼尼松龙在在0.009642~0.2411mg·ml-1范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r2=1),平均回收率为101.01%,RSD为0.7%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、快速、结果准确性、重现性好。
Objective To establisha method for determination content of prednisolone acetate in the co-prednisolone acetate nose drops by RP-HPLC.Methods Phenominix Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used and acetonitrile-water(35:65)was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mLomin-1,the detecting wave-length was at 246nm.Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of prednisolone acetate and peak area within a range of 0.009642~0.2411mg·ml-1(r2=1).The average recover was 101.01%,with RSD=0.7%(n=9).Conclusion Themethod is highly repeatable and accurate.
