CT引导下经皮射频消融治疗脾功能亢进症的临床研究

CT Guided Percutaneous Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Hypersplenism

目的:探讨CT引导下经皮射频消融(RFA)治疗肝硬化门脉高压性脾功能亢进症(脾亢)的疗效和经验。方法采用CT引导下射频消融(RFA)治疗21例脾亢患者,术前血小板计数(PLT)为(5.2~8.7)×109/L,术后复查血常规和增强CT或MRI。结果射频消融范围占脾脏总体积(41~52)%,术后1个月 PLT为(94~11)×109/L与术前相比显著增强(P<0.05),未见严重并发症。结论 CT引导下射频消融治疗脾亢安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the CT guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation(RFA)treatment of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension hypersplenism(PSE)curative ef ect and experience.Methods CT guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA)therapy in 21 patients with hypersplenism patients,preoperative platelet count(PLT)to(5.2~8.7)×109/L,postoperative blood routine and enhanced CT or MRI.Results The ablation range of total volume of spleen(41~52)%,1 months after PLT(94~11)×109/L compared with the preoperative significantly enhanced(P<0.05),no serious complications.Conclusion CT guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of hypersplenism is safe,ef ective.
