螺旋CT及MR在手部关节内骨折中的临床应用价值分析

Clinical Application of Spiral CT and MR in the Hands of Intraarticular Fracture

目的:分析螺旋CT及MR在手部关节内骨折中的临床应用价值。方法对本院2012年1月~2013年12月收治的59例掌部外伤患者行 X线、螺旋 CT及MRI检查,并将检查结果进行对比分析。结果 X线检查确诊为骨折47例,骨折53处,骨折诊断准确率为79.66%;螺旋CT联合MRI检查明确诊断为骨折62例,共78处,骨折诊断准确率为100%;CT联合MRI检查诊断准确率显著高于X线,P<0.01。结论螺旋CT联合MRI检查应用于手部关节内骨折的定位、临床诊断及定性中诊断准确,有利于治疗方案的制定,具有重要可靠的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the spiral CT and MR in hand intra-articular fractures of the clinical application value.Methods In our hospital between January 2012 and December 2012,between of 59 cases of metacarpus trauma patients X-ray,spiral CT and MRI,and the results were analyzed.Results 47 cases of X-ray diagnosis of fracture,fracture 53,fracture diagnosis accuracy rate is 79.66%;Spiral CT in combination with MRI diagnosis for 62 cases of fracture,a total of 78,fracture diagnosis accuracy rate is 100%;CT in combination with MRI diagnostic accuracy is significantly higher than X-ray,P<0.01.Conclusion Spiral CT in combination with MRI is applied to the hands of intra-articular fractures,clinical diagnosis and the qualitative diagnosis accurately,is advantageous to the treatment plan,has the important and reliable clinical application value.
