关节软骨缺损采用微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of Micro Fractures and Bone Cartilage Graft for the Treatment of Articular Cartilage Defects

目的:分析微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗关节软骨缺损的临床疗效。方法选取50例关节软骨缺损患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组各25例,对照组行单纯关节清理术,观察组在关节清理术后行微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,经6~18个月随访,观察组膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组。结论在关节软骨缺损治疗中,采用微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective Clinical analysis of micro fracture and bone cartilage graft for the treatment of articular cartilage defects.Methods We selected 50 cases of articular cartilage defect patients,randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 25 cases in each group,the control group treated with simple debridement,in the observation group underwent microfracture technique of arthroscopic debridement and bone graft treatment,compared two groups of treatment ef ect.Results To observe the treatment group total ef ective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,after 6-18 months fol ow-up,to observe the function of knee joint was excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion The treatment of articular cartilage defects,micro fracture and bone cartilage graft for the treatment of clinical curative ef ect,and can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,is worthy of promotion.
