改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术在慢性脓胸治疗中的应用

Clinical Application of Modified Pleural Decortication and Surgery in the Treatment of Chronic Empyema

目的:对改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术在慢性脓胸治疗中的应用进行研究分析。方法选取在我院采用改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术进行治疗的43例慢性脓胸患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察患者临床疗效。结果本组43例患者均顺利完成手术,术后并发症发生率7.0%,无死亡病例,临床治疗总有效率100%。结论改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸疗效显著,可有效降低患者并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To improve pleural fibreboard peeling technique through analyzing the application in the treatment of chronic pyothorax.Methods Improved selection in our hospital adopted pleural fibreboard stripped surgery for treatment of 43 cases of chronic pyothorax patients as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical curative ef ect were observed.Results The 43 patients were successful y completed surgery,7.0%incidence of postoperative complications,no death cases,the clinical total ef ective rate 100%.Conclusion The improved treatment of pleural fibreboard stripped chronic pyothorax curative ef ect significantly,can ef ectively reduce the incidence of patients with complications,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
