目的:提高中层干部OA公告每周阅读率。方法 QC小组活动。结果中层干部OA公告每周阅读率由活动前的24.33%提高到56.51%,达到了活动目标。结论本次活动有效提高中层干部OA公告每周阅读率,提升了中层干部执行力,提高了医院信息化程度。
