护理管理在医院管理中的作用

摘要 目的:对护理管理在医院管理中的作用进行观察。方法选取我院自2010年1月~2011年1月150例住院患者作为参考组,针对护理中出现的风险及纠纷,在护理管理中采用绩效管理、风险管理;选取2011年2月~2012年2月收治的150例住院患者作为观察组,观察两组患者护理中护理风险、护理纠纷发生情况及患者对护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理风险、护理纠纷发生率均明显低于参考组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理总满意度为93.3%,参考组患者对护理满意度为73.3%,数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院管理中加强护理管理,综合加强绩效管理、风险管理等有助于减少护理风险,改善护患纠纷,改善护患关系。 Objective To observe the role of nursing management in hospital management.Methods To select our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011,150 cases of hospitalized patients as the reference group,for nursing risks and disputes arising from the using performance management in nursing management,risk management;Selection in February 2011 to February 2012,150 cases of hospitalized patients as observation group,observe two groups of patient care,nursing disputes occur in nursing risk and patient satisfaction with care.Results The incidence of risk of patient care,nursing disputes observation group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05);Observation group of patients to nursing total satisfaction was 93.3%,the reference group of patients to nursing satisfaction was 73.3%,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen nursing management in the hospital management,integrated to strengthen performance management,risk management helps to reduce nursing risks,such as improving dispute nurses and patients,improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
