摘要
目的:分析非典型性肾囊肿的CT表现,探讨其诊断。方法用多排螺旋CT对17例肾脏囊性病变的患者进行检查,回顾性分析其CT表现。结果17例中,单纯性肾囊肿8例,多囊肾1例,非典型性肾囊肿8例,其中包括出血性肾囊肿3例,有分隔的肾囊肿3例,钙化性肾囊肿2例。 CT均能较好的显示其形态及特征。结论 CT对于非典型性肾囊肿具有较高的诊断价值及准确性。
Objective To analyze the CT features of atypical renal cyst,and to investigate its diagnosis.Methods Multiple row helical CT in 17 cases of renal cystic lesion patients for inspection,its CT manifestations were analysed retrospectively.Results 17 cases,8 cases of simple renal cyst and polycystic kidney in 1 case,8 cases of atypical kidney cyst,including hemorrhagic renal cyst in 3,have separate kidney cyst 3 cases,calcified kidney cyst 2 cases.CT could bet er display its form and characteristics.Conclusion CT has higher diagnostic value for atypical renal cyst and accuracy.
