Schwartz综合征的手术治疗

摘要 目的:探讨Schwartz综合征的手术治疗效果。方法选择11例Sxhartz综合征患者,采用手术联合激素治疗,手术后随访3~6月,检查视网膜复位,眼压,视力,视野情况。结果11例患者视网膜皆复位,眼压13~22 mmHg,平均(17.12±2.65)mmHg(NIDEK非接触眼压计);术后视力情况:0.04~0.4,平均(0.12±0.04);术后视野情况:视野平均缺损(mean deviation,MD)值15~32dB,平均(21.32±4.21)dB。结论采用手术联合激素治疗,可快速降低术后眼压,提高术后视野。
