手辅助腹腔镜在妇科手术中的疗效分析

Analysis of the Application of Hand Assisted Laparoscopic in Gynecologic Operation

目的:探讨手辅助腹腔镜在妇科手术中临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2010年12月~2013年10月我科应用手辅助腹腔镜在27例妇科疾病中的应用资料,其中卵巢囊肿10例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转8例),子宫肌瘤4例,输卵管囊肿3例,输卵管节育2例)。结果27例患者均顺利手术,术后随访有1例出现了粘连性腹痛。结论相对于开腹手术,腹腔镜手术有其以下优点:①腹腔镜视野开阔、直观,更易寻找病灶②切口小,创伤小③术后肠粘连发生几率低。但疗效与病变严重程度;是否能显露满意及术者操作经验相关。

Objective To study the hand assisted laparoscopic gynecologic surgery in the clinical application value.Methods Retrospective analysis between December 2010 and in October 2013,our department application of hand assisted laparoscopic application in 27 cases of gynecologic disease data,including 10 cases of ovarian cyst,ovarian cyst torsion 8 cases),uterine fibroids,4 cases of oviduct cyst 3 cases,2 cases of tubal sterilization).Results 27 patients were successful y surgery,postoperative fol ow-up of 1 case appeared adhesive abdominal pain.Conclusion Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic surgery has the fol owing advantages:(1)of laparoscopic vision and intuitive,and are more likely to find lesions;(2)the smal incision,smal trauma;(3)the risk of postoperative intestinal adhesion is low.But the curative ef ect and disease severity;If you can show satisfaction and performer operation experience.
