摘要
目的:探讨整体护理在急诊急救护理质量和护理满意度中的效果。方法把我院于2012年1月~2013年04月收治的60例急救患者,按照随机方法将其分为护理组和观察组各30例,护理组30例患者实施整体护理模式,对照组30例患者只进行常规护理模式,对比分析两组患者的抢救时间、抢救效果和护理满意度。结果护理组患者的抢救效果和护理满意度都高于对照组患者的抢救效果和护理满意度,同时护理组患者的抢救时间明显低于对照组患者,对比两组结果有显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对于急救患者实施整体护理模式在急救护理质量和护理满意中有很好的临床效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the whole quality of nursing in emergency first aid and nursing satisfaction the ef ect.Methods In our institute between January 2012 and April 2012 were 60 cases of emergency patients,according to the method of random divided into treatment group and observation group each 30 cases,treatment group 30 cases with whole nursing model,the control group 30 cases with routine nursing mode only,comparative analysis of two groups of patients to save time,save the ef ect and nursing satisfaction.Results Rescue ef ect and nursing satisfaction of nursing patients were higher than the control group patients rescue ef ect and nursing satisfaction,the group of patients and nursing rescue time significantly lower than the control group patients,the contrast results the two groups have significant dif erence(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion To implement the whole nursing model in emergency patients in emergency nursing quality and nursing satisfaction has good clinical ef ect,is worth promoting.
