子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤术后并发症的原因分析及护理

Study on Treatment of Complications of Uterine Fibroids by Uterine Artery Embolization and Its Nursing

目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤术后并发症的原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析2005年3月~2013年1月采用子宫动脉栓塞治疗的172例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。结果子宫动脉栓塞术后发生栓塞后综合征172例,阴道出血109例,腹胀、便秘12例,膀胱刺激征5例,血管迷走神经反射1例,肺栓塞1例。结论严密、细致地观察子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤术后患者的病情变化,并加以综合分析,能及早发现并发症并及时处理,从而可帮助临床正确施治,对提高并发症治愈率有重要意义。

Objective To explore uterine artery embolization treatment of uterine fibroids cause of postoperative complications and nursing countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 172 inpatients with uterine fibroid treatment by uterine artery embolization in Intervention Ward,from March,2005 to January,2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 172 cases came up Postembolization syndrome,vaginal bleeding for 109 cases,abdominal distension constipation for 12 cases,bladder irritation in 5 cases,Vasovagal reflex in 1 case and also 1 case with pulmonary embolism(PE)Postoperative uterine artery embolism.Conclusion Careful y observing patient's apostasis and comprehensively analyzed can be detected early complications and handle in time,it must has Important significance to improve the cure and to help clinical treats correctly.
