EBUS-TBNA并发症的分析 被引量：1

摘要 EBUS-TBNA即超声内镜引导下经支气管针吸活检,是近年来临床研发的用于胸部及多种疾病检查的新技术[1],在发达国家已广泛应用,尤其是在肺癌淋巴分期的诊断具有重要的价值,已被美国国家综合癌症网络(NCCN)和美国胸科医师学会(ACCP)推荐为肺癌诊断的有效手段。且有研究证实,EBUS-TBNA较外科纵隔镜有显著的优势,其临床价值已得到临床医患的认可,但其并发症较高成为其推广的障碍[2]。目前在国内有关EBUS-TBNA的研究和应用较少,因此对EBUS-TBNA并发症的研究,对检查的效果、安全性、患者依从性具有重要价值。我处对国内外EBUS-TBNA并发症的相关研究进行综述,旨在为临床及相关研究提供参考。
