甲状腺微小癌的超声特征的探讨

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺微小癌的超声声像图特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的29例甲状腺微小癌患者的超声表现。结果27个结节(93.1%)表现为实性低回声;14个结节(48.3%)形态不规整;15个结节(51.7%)边界模糊;18个结节(62.1%)纵横比≧1;11个结节(37.9%)有不规则声晕;20个结节(68.9%)内部可见微钙化;10个结节(34.5%)检出血流信号;10例(34.5%)颈部淋巴结转移(其中3例内有微钙化);具二个或二个以上特征的结节占79.3%(23/29)。结论超声检查对甲状腺微小癌的诊断有较大的临床应用价值。
