摘要
目的金黄葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒的调查分析,以此探讨预防控制的相关措施。方法2013年10月20日中午大同市一大酒店发生的疑似食物中毒事件的流行病学和现场调查资料。结果采集留样菜品28份进行实验室检测,检出金黄色葡萄球菌,从患者呕吐物中查出检出金黄色葡萄球菌。结论加强对餐饮业的卫生监管,加强从业人员卫生知识的培训,完善对储藏食物控制,杜绝细菌性食物中毒的发生。
Objective Investigation and analysis of poisoning caused by Staphylococcus aureus in food,in order to explore relevant measures of prevention and control.Methods Epidemiology at noon on October 20,2013 Datong Le Grand Large Hotel happened suspected food poisoning events and field data.Results The col ected sample dishes 28 laboratory detection,detection of Staphylococcus aureus from patients vomit,found in the detection of Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion Strengthen the food industry hygiene supervision,strengthen the health knowledge training,improve the control of the storage of food,to prevent bacterial food poisoning.
