Experience of Nursing Safety Management of Gynaecology and Obstetrics

目的对妇产科护理安全管理方法展开探讨与分析。方法随机选取我院2009年6月~2011年6月期间我院接受治疗的150例患者,通过对其实施优质护理管理,分析潜在问题,并且对护理的质量,患者对护理人员的满意程度以及护理人员的综合素质做评测,通过评分互相比较。结果在实施护理后,护理安全事件明显减少相比于实施前。同时实施后,患者在护理满意度和护理质量评分方面都明显好于实施前。患者对整体满意程度有显著差异(<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论实行优质护理服务能够有效的提升护理人员的整体性综合素质,并且有效的提升护理工作的质量,提高患者对护理的满意程度,在护理过程中推广前景广阔。

Objective To discuss and analyze the method of safety management inDepartment of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing.Methods 150 cases of our hospital in 2009 June^2011 year in June were randomly selected in our hospitaltreated patients,the management on the implementation of the quality of nursing,problem analysis,and quality of care,patient satisfaction with the comprehensive quality of nursing staf and nursing staf to do evaluation,the score of each other.Results In the implementation of nursing,nursing safety incident significantly reduced compared to the prior to the implementation of.At the same time after implementation,patients in the nursing satisfaction and quality of carescores were significantly bet er than before the implementation.Patients have the remarkable dif erence to the overal degree of satisfaction(<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service can be integrated to enhance the overal quality of the nursing staf ef ectively,and improve the quality of nursing work ef ectively,improve patient satisfaction with nursing care,nursing in the process a vast range of prospect.
