1例胞二磷胆碱致过敏性休克的抢救与护理

通常认为药物过敏与患者体质有关,胞二磷胆碱属于用药前不需要做过敏试验的药物,但偶尔也会出现过敏反应,一般症状较轻微。胞二磷胆碱为核苷类药物,通过增加脑组织血流而促进大脑物质代谢,对促进大脑功能恢复和促进苏醒等具有一定作用。2013年6月15日我院收治1例脑梗塞患者,应用胞二磷胆碱静脉滴注后发生过敏性休克,经医护人员抢救恢复正常后出院。

General y think of drug al ergy is associated with patient constitution,cytidine diphosphate choline to medication before don't need to do the al ergy test drugs,but occasional y also can appear al ergic reaction,general symptom is slight.Cytidine diphosphate choline for nucleoside drugs,by increasing blood flow to the brain and promote brain metabolism,promote brain function recovery and has a certain role in promoting revival.1 our hospital on June 15,2013 patients with cerebral infarction,application of cytidine diphosphate choline anaphylactic shock occurred after intravenous drip,the medical staf rescue returned to normal after hospital discharge.
