2种不同浓度硫酸镁行肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果比较

Before Enteroscopy Magnesium Sulfate at Different Concentrations of Bowel Preparation Effect Comparison

目的研究2种不同浓度的硫酸镁对肠镜前患者肠道准备效果的影响,以提高肠道检查及治疗的成功率,减少不适反应的发生。方法同期口服50%硫酸镁60ml行结肠镜前肠道准备的患者100例,将其分为低浓度组和高浓度组,比较两组硫酸镁起效时的起效时间、维持时间、饮水量、大便次数、肠道准备有效率等。结果低浓度组无渣水样便的比例为12豫,远低于高浓度组的50豫,但后者对硫酸镁的耐受程度比较差,药物不良反应发生率也高于前者。结论不同浓度的硫酸镁都能有较好的肠道准备效果,但高浓度组优于低浓度组且不良反映少。

Objective To study the two dif erent concentrations of magnesium sulfate on the ef ects of the patients with bowel preparation before colonoscopy in order to improve the intestinal examination and the treatment success rate,reduce the discomfort reaction.Methods Oral 50%magnesium sulfate 60 ml line of bowel preparation before colonoscopy,100 cases of patients,it can be divided into low concentration and high concentration groups,when comparing two groups of magnesium sulfate in the working time,keep time,water volume,defecate frequency,ef icient for intestinal preparation,etc.Results The low concentration group no slag water samples was 12%,far less than 50%of the high concentration group,but the lat er's tolerance in the magnesium sulfate,the incidence of adverse drug reactions is also higher than the former.Conclusion The dif erent concentrations of magnesium sulfate can have bet er ef ect for intestinal preparation,but high concentration group is bet er than that of low concentration and low adverse af ects.
