黛力新联合丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症伴发慢性主观性头晕的疗效研究

Study on the Effect of Deanxit Combined with Buspirone in the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders Associated with Chronic Subjectivity Dizziness

目的观察黛力新联合丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症伴发慢性主观性头晕的疗效。方法将焦虑症伴发慢性主观性头晕患者随机分为研究组及对照组;对照组研究对象给予口服黛力新、谷维素片,研究组研究对象给予黛力新、丁螺环酮片。所有患者以服用12 w为观察终点。结果治疗12 w后两组头晕症状均有缓解,但研究组的临床痊愈率、显效率及总有效率均比对照组好。治疗4 w、8 w、12 w,研究组HAMILTON量表评分下降明显,有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论黛力新联合丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症状改善明显,主观性头晕缓解显著。

Objective Observation of curative ef ect of Deanxit combined with buspirone in the treatment of anxiety disorders associated with chronic subjectivity dizziness.Methods The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with anxiety associated with chronic dizziness;The control group were given deanxit combined with oryzanol;the experimental group were received deanxit combined with buspirone;Al patients were treated 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,two groups of dizziness symptoms were al eviated,but cure rate,marked ef ective rate and total ef ective rate of experimental group subjects were bet er than that of the control group.HAMILTON score of experimental group were significantly reduced than that of control group for 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks(<0.05).Conclusion Anxiety symptoms and subjective dizziness were treated more effectively by deanxit combined with buspirone.
