基层医院产科实施胎头吸引术的临床效果观察

目的基层产科中48例胎头吸引术阴道助产的临床效果观察。方法回顾性分析我院2009年5月~2013年5月共48例产妇在进行胎头吸引术阴道助产的临床疗效。结果48例胎头吸引术阴道助产分娩均成功。结论胎头吸引术阴道助产能有效缩短第二产程,安全有效,成功率高,对母儿损伤小,可降低剖宫产率,产科医师容易掌握,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective The clinical ef ect of fetal head aspiration vaginal delivery was observed in 48 cases of obstetric.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2009 years 5 months^2013 years 5 months a total of 48 cases of maternal clinical ef icacy in the fetal head aspiration assisted vaginal delivery.Results 48 cases of fetal head aspiration of vaginal delivery was successful.Conclusion Fetal head aspiration vaginal help shorten the second stage of labor productivity,safety,high success rate,little damage on mother and infant,which can reduce the rate of cesarean section,an obstetrician is easy to grasp,and is worth to be popularized in basic level hospital.
