环抱式接骨器在连枷胸患者手术中的应用研究

The Study of Surrounding Bone Fracture Adapter in the Treatment of Flail Chest

目的在重症肋骨骨折并连枷胸治疗中,比较环抱式接骨器行肋骨骨折内固定与常规胸壁外固定的疗效。方法回顾分析2008年1月~2012年12月在我院治疗的106例重症肋骨骨折并连枷胸患者的治疗方法,观察组76例,采用环抱式接骨器行肋骨内固定术,对照组30例选择常规治疗。结果观察组在住院时间、疼痛指数、呼吸机使用时间、肺部感染控制时间明显优于对照组。结论应用环抱式接骨器行重症肋骨骨折内固定手术,缩短了患者住院日,减轻了肋骨骨折引起的疼痛,缩短了呼吸机使用时间,可使患者早期下床活动,促进肺功能早期恢复,肺部感染控制时间也大大缩短,且手术简单易行,整体效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To study the ef ects of internal fixation with surrounding bone fracture adapter in the treatment of severe rib fractures,and comparing with the conservative treatment.Methods Total y 106 patients were treated by surgical or conventional therapy,76 of the patients received internal fixation with surrounding bone fracture adapter,30 underwent conventional treatment.Results In the surgical group,length of stay,pain scores,ventilator time,pulmonary infection control time were significantly better than the conventional therapy group.Conclusion Internal fixation with surrounding bone fracture adapter in the treatment of severe rib fractures is feasible.
