注射用夫西地酸钠在4种常见输液中配伍稳定性考察

Investigation of Compatible Stability of Fusidic Sodium for Injection in 4 Infusions

目的考察夫西地酸钠在4种常见输液的配伍稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定夫西地酸钠与木糖醇注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液配伍后室温放置8h内夫西地酸钠的含量变化,以及外观、pH值的变化。结果与配伍0h比较,配伍液放置8h内外观色泽均无明显改变,pH亦变化不大,配伍液中夫西地酸的含量无明显变化。8h内夫西地酸钠含量均保持在95%以上。结论夫西地酸钠和木糖醇注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液四种常见输液配伍后室温(25℃)放置8h内夫西地酸钠性质基本稳定。

Objective To observe the compatible stability of Fusidic sodium for Injection with four infusions.Methods The content change of the Fusidic sodium in xylitol,0.9%sodium chloride injection,5%glucose injection,10%glucose injection at dif erent time were determined by HPLC;the appearance and pH value were fol owed.Results Compared with 0h,there were no significant changes about four mixture in appearance、pH value and content after 8 h.Conclusion The mixture of Fusidic sodium for Injection in the xylitol,0.9%sodium chloride injection,5%glucose injection,10%glucose injection can be stabled within 8h under the room temperature(25℃).
