目的探讨剖宫产手术过程的产妇心理护理方法。方法总结、探讨剖宫产手术的护理配合体会和经验。结果对剖宫产孕妇主动热情、语言亲切、态度和蔼、关心体贴的精心护理,给予生理和心理支持,尽快让孕妇情绪稳定,适应手术环境,以最佳心理状态接受手术。结论通过对产妇进行周到的心理护理,给予产妇无微不至的关怀,使产妇对手术医生、麻醉师和护士产生完全的信任感和安全感,使产妇对剖宫产有更好的理解,更好的配合手术的进行,减少手术中和手术后的并发症,确保手术成功。

Objective To investigate the method of mental nursing care of parturient cesarean delivery operation process.Methods To summarize,cesarean section operation nursing experience.Results Active enthusiasm,on cesarean language at itude,care,care and considerate,given physiological and psychological support,as soon as possible so that the maternal emotional stability,adapt to the operation environment,to the best state of mind to accept operation.Conclusion The psychological nursing for parturient women giving thoughtful,meticulous care,maternal trust and complete security of operation doctor,anaesthetists and nurses on maternal cesarean section,to have a bet er understanding,bet er with the operation,reduce the operation and the complication after the operation,ensure operation success.
