外伤性主动脉夹层3例报告分析

Traumatic Aortic Dissection in 3 Cases Report

目的外伤性主动脉夹层病例报道及文献综述。方法对我科近期收治外伤性主动脉夹层病例结合文献进行分析。结果外伤性主动脉夹层为一罕见凶险的疾病,常因未及时诊治导致死亡。结论对于外伤患者,特别是车祸伤患者,出现不明原因的失血性休克、昏迷、脉压不对称等情况,应考虑主动脉夹层并给于及时正确的诊治。

Objective Report and literature review of traumatic aortic dissection.Methods Study recently-treated traumatic aortic dissection in our department with reviewing literatures.Results Traumatic aortic dissection is a rarely dangerous disease which often leads to death because of misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Conclusion For traumatic patients,especially in car accident injury,we should consider the aortic dissection and give timely and correct diagnosis and treatment when found unexplained hemorrhagic shock,coma,asymmetric pulse pressure.
