戊酸雌二醇联合宫腔引流治疗绝经后宫腔积脓的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Treating Postmenopausal Pyometra Estradiol Valerate Combined with Uterine Cavity Drainage

目的分析戊酸雌二醇联合宫腔引流治疗绝经后宫腔积脓的疗效。方法2012年1月~2013年12月我院绝经后宫腔积脓患者150例,分三组,其中单用戊酸雌二醇联合抗生素(I组);宫腔引流联合抗生素(Ⅱ组);戊酸雌二醇联合宫腔引流再联合抗生素(Ⅲ组),每组50例。观察腹痛、阴道分泌物量和异味、C反应蛋白,B超检查宫腔积液量、(6月内)复发率。结果治疗4d后患者腹痛、阴道分泌物量和异味、C反应蛋白、B超检查宫腔积液量有统计学意义(约0.05)。治疗7d后患者腹痛、阴道分泌物量和异味、C反应蛋白、B超检查宫腔积液量无统计学差异(>0.05)。复发率比较无统计学差异(>0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇联合宫腔引流治疗绝经后宫腔积脓起效快,复发率低。

Objective To analysis of estradiol valerate combined intrauterine drainage ef ect in the treatment of postmenopausal uterine empyema.Methods 150 cases of 2012 January to 2013 December in our hospital in patients with chronic endometritis,divided into three groups,one with estradiol valerate combined with antibiotics(group I);uterine cavity drainage combined with antibiotic(group II);estradiol valerate combined intrauterine drainage combined antibiotics(GroupⅢ).50 cases of each group.Observation of abdominal pain,vaginal secretions and peculiar smell,C reactive protein,B ultrasound examination,uterine cavity ef usion volume(in Sex),recurrence rate.Results After four days of treatment,abdominal pain,vaginal secretions and peculiar smell,C reactive protein,B ultrasound examination of the uterine cavity ef usion volume was statistical y significant(<0.05).No significant dif erence after seven days of therapy in patients with abdominal pain,vaginal secretions and peculiar smel,C reactive protein,B ultrasound examination of the uterine cavity ef usion volume(>0.05).The recurrence rate was not statistical y significant(>0.05).Conclusion Estradiol valerate combined intrauterine drainage in the treatment of postmenopausal pyometra fast.The recurrence rate is low.
