目的总结术后留置双J管位置异常的类型、原因,找出合理的处理原则。方法回顾分析近10年手术留置DJ管后复查出现DJ管位置异常的59例病例,总结DJ管位置异常的常见种类及其罕见的几种位置异常及其原因。结果DJ管位置异常主要包括DJ管位置偏上、DJ管位置偏下、DJ管部分位于输尿管外等。结论DJ管位置异常的种类主要与其手术方式及疾病有关,操作不规范及术后护理不当是造成DJ管位置异常的主要原因,大部分DJ管位置异常均能在膀胱镜或输尿管镜下取出,少数罕见异常须特别处理。

Objective To summary the types.reasons and reasonable treatments of the abnormal DJ-catheter place after Surgery.Methods To summary the types of the DJ-catheter's abnormal place by analyzing the fifty-nine cases that be fined abnormal DJ-catheter place after Surgery in the Periods 2004~2014.Results The main types include:the DJ-catheter place is too high,too low and part of DJ-catheter is out of ureter and so on.Conclusion The type of the abnormal place is related with the kind of surgery and diseases.Have no standardization operation and correct nursing are the main reasons of the DJ-catheter abnormal place,and most of these DJ-catheters can be pul ed out by cystoscopy or ureteroscopy,others rare cases needed special treatments.
