PLT、MPV、PDW及GHB联合检测指标在DM患者微血管并发症中的初步应用

Preliminary Application of PLT, MPV, PDW and GHB Combined Detection Indexes in DM Patients with Microvascular Complications

目的观察和探讨PLT、MPV、PDW及GHB等指标在监测DM患者微血管并发症时的应用。方法采用血球仪分别对46例DM患者及20例正常健康人进行PLT、MPV、PDW及微柱法GHB等指标的联合检测和对照。结果DM组的联合检测结果为PLT152.1依48.6(<0.05),MPV12.69依2.37(<0.01),PDW16.28依1.32(<0.01),GHB9.32依1.98(<0.01),和对照组有显著性差异。结论PLT、MPV、PDW及GHB联合检测指标具有互补作用,是监测DM患者微血管病的发生、发展及预后判断方面的良好指标。

Objective Application to observe and explore the PLT,MPV,PDW and GHB were in the monitoring of DM patients with microvascular complications.Methods The joint detection and control blood were examined with PLT,46patients with DM and 20 normal healthy people,PDW and MPV micro columnGHB.Results The joint detection results in the DM group was PLT152.1±48.6(<0.05),MPV12.69±2.37(<0.01),PDW16.28±1.32(<0.01),GHB9.32±1.98(<0.01),there was significant difference with control group.Conclusion PLT,MPV,PDW and GHB combined detection indexes have complementary roles,is a good index for monitoring DM patients with microvascular disease occurrence,development and prognosis.
