参芪通脉汤治疗中风偏瘫97例临床观察

Shenqi Tongmai Decoction in Treating Stroke Hemiplegia Clinical Observation of 97 Cases

目的探讨参芪通脉汤在中风偏瘫中的应用价值。方法收集2012年1月~2013年12月在我院住院治疗的中风偏瘫患者97例,随机分为参芪通脉汤组、曲克芦丁组,治疗3疗程后比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为91.84豫,对照组总有效率为77.08豫,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(约0.05)。结论参芪通脉汤结合针灸、推拿、按摩等康复措施综合治疗中风偏瘫,临床效果满意。

Objective Discuss the application of ginseng and astragalus soup unclogged arteries in stroke hemiplegia.Methods Col ected from January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital 97 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients hospitalized with,were randomly divided into group,ginseng and astragalus on pulse soup QuKe rutin group,comparing two groups of treatment ef ect after treatment of 3 period of treatment.Results Treatment group total ef ective rate was 91.84%,control group total ef ective rate was 77.08%,total ef ective treatment group was obviously better than the control group(<0.05).Conclusion Ginseng and astragalus unclogged arteries soup combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,massage,comprehensive treatment of stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation measures,clinical ef ect is satisfactory.
