复方亚甲蓝注射液联合中药熏洗坐浴对缓解肛肠术后疼痛的影响研究

Methylene Blue Compound Injection Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigating and Washing of the Impact of Pain Relief after Anorectal Operation

目的研究复方亚甲蓝注射液联合中药熏洗坐浴对缓解肛肠术后疼痛的影响。方法选取本院肛周手术的220例患者随机分为观察组与对照组。观察两组患者术后疼痛程度、愈合情况。结果观察组术后3d疼痛程度明显低于对照组,观察组术后局部组织水肿时间、创口愈合时间、平均住院时间明显低于对照组。结论复方亚甲蓝注射液联合中药熏洗坐浴可有效降低术后疼痛,减轻局部组织水肿,促进创口愈合,缩短住院时间。

Objective To study the compound injection of methylene blue combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing effect on pain relief after anorectal operation.Methods The hospital perianal operation in 220 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The healing degree of pain,observe two groups of patients with postoperative.Results In the observation group,three days after operation,pain degree was lower than that of the control group,the patients in the observation group of local tissue edema,wound healing time,mean hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Methylene blue compound injection combined with sitz bath with traditional Chinese medicine can ef ectively reduce postoperative pain,reduce local edema,promote wound healing,shorten the hospitalization time.
