摘要
目的探讨护理干预对脊柱结核患者遵医行为的影响。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法抽取脊柱结核患者20例,分为实验组(10例)和对照组(10例),常规组进行一般常规护理,实验组进行心理护理等综合护理干预。结果实验组无1例护理并发症发生,对遗嘱的遵从情况明显高于对照组。结论有效的护理干预对疾病的治疗有显著促进作用。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with spinal tuberculosis medicine behavior.Methods Using simple random sampling method from 20 patients with spinal tuberculosis,divided into the experimental group(10 cases)and control group(10 cases),for general nursing routine group,the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention.Results The experimental group had no nursing complications occurred in 1 cases,compliance to a significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on treatment of the disease has a significant role in promoting.
