奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床疗效分析

Linical Analysis of the Efficacy of Omeprazole in the Treatment of Pediatric Peptic Ulcer

目的分析奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将本院儿科2013年1月~12月收治的80例消化性溃疡患儿,并分两组,其中对照组40例和治疗组40例。两组患儿都给予克拉霉素及阿莫西林口服,对照组患儿同时口服雷尼替丁,治疗组患儿同时口服奥美拉唑进行治疗,治疗结束后对两组患者的症状进行综合效果分析。结果对照组:治愈14例(35%),有效19例(47.5%),无效7例(17.5%),总有效率为82.5%;治疗组:治愈25例(62.5%),有效12例(30%),无效3例(7.5%),总有效率为92.5%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论采用奥美拉唑作为制酸药的三联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical ef icacy of omeprazole in the treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer.Methods 80 cases of children with peptic ulcer pediatric hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were treated and divided into two groups,in which the control group and the treatment group,40 cases of 40 cases.Two groups of children were given oral clarithromycin and,while the control group of children with oral amoxicil in ranitidine,omeprazole and oral treatment group children for treatment,after treatment of the symptoms of the two groups of patients with a comprehensive ef ectiveness analysis.Results In the control group:14 cases were cured(35%),ef ective in 19 cases(47.5%),7 cases(17.5%),total ef ective rate was 82.5%;treatment groups:25 cases were cured(62.5%),ef ective in 12 cases(30%),3 cases(7.5%),total ef ective rate was 92.5%.The total ef ective rate in treatment group was significantly higher,the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion As antacids omeprazole triple therapy in children with peptic ulcer has bet er clinical ef icacy.
