无痛人流术的护理干预

Painless Abortion Surgery Nursing Intervention

目的探讨无痛人流术的护理措施。方法对照组180例常规护理,观察组180例在常规治疗护理基础上,针对患者的心理特点,进行术前、术后及随访时心理护理干预。结果两组手术时间比较,无统计学差异(>0.05);术中出血量、人流综合征、术后疼痛比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论通过全方位有效的护理措施可以有效降低无痛人流术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of painless abortion operation.Methods The control group 180 cases used alone routine nursing care,on the basis of control group observation group 180 cases according to the psychological characteristics of patients,psychological nursing intervention at the time of preoperative,postoperative and fol ow-up.Results The operative time was not significant between the two groups(>0.05);intra-operative blood loss、abortion syndrome and postoperative pain were compared between two groups,the dif erence was significant(<0.05).Conclusion Through comprehensive and ef ective nursing measures can ef ectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of painless abortion.
