阴道镜下活检与LEEP术后病理检查在宫颈上皮内瘤变诊治中的价值

Colposcopy Biopsy and LEEP Postoperative Pathological Examination in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Value

目的探讨阴道镜下活检与LEEP术后病理检查在CIN诊治中的价值。方法对112例阴道镜活检诊断为CIN的患者行LEEP,对比分析病理结果的差异。结果阴道镜下活检结果为CIN I、CIN II、CINⅢ与LEEP术后病理符合率分别为47.2%、72.9%、78.6%,总符合率为66.1%。其中升级17例,降级21例,宫颈癌漏诊率为3.6%。结论阴道镜下活检联合LEEP术是目前诊治CIN的可靠手段,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the colposcopic biopsy and LEEP postoperative pathological examination in diagnosis and treatment of CIN.Methods 112 cases of biopsy under colposcopy diagnosed CIN patients underwent LEEP,pathology results of variance analysis.Results The colposcopy biopsy results for CIN I,CIN II,CINⅢand LEEP postoperative pathology consistent rate is respectively 47.2%,72.9%,78.6%,the total coincidence rate is 66.1%.The upgrade in 17 cases,21 cases were missed relegation,rate of cervical cancer was 3.6%.Conclusion Colposcopy biopsy combined with LEEP is a reliable tool for the diagnosis and treatment of CIN,is worth the clinical promotion.
