半肩关节置换术治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折

The Surgery Treatment of Semi-shoulder Arthroplasty in Elderly Patients with Proximal Humerus Comminuted Fracture

目的观察半肩关节置换术在治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折中的疗效。方法对我院于2012年12月~2014年1月共12例老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者采用半肩关节置换手术。结果本组所有病例术后均获随访,分别获随访2~15个月,平均8.5个月,所有病例无感染及内植物松动的发生,根据Neer肩关节功能评分系统进行疗效评估并随访其功能,优:8例,良:2例,可:2例,优良率达83.3%,疗效满意。结论应用半肩关节置换术治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折,术后可早期进行功能锻炼,能明显改善肩关节功能。

Objective To observe the ef ect of proximal humerus fractures in ederly patients with semi-shoulder arthroplasty.Methods From december 2012 to january 2014,12 patients with proximal humerus comminuted fractures were treated with semi-shoulder arthroplasty.Results Al patients were treated ef ectively in the durations of fol ow-up ranged from 2 months to 15 months(average of 8.5months).According to neer rating system,good were found in 83.3%.The results are satisfied.Conclusion The surgery treatment of semi-shoulder arthroplasty in elderly patients had the advantage of early functional training and was proved to be an ef ective method in treatment of elderly proximal humerus comminuted fractures.
