在校大学生对不同类型人际关系的理解及处理的研究

College Students Understanding of the Different Types of Relationships and Processing Research

目的了解当代大学生人际关系的现状以及他们对人际关系的理解,从而更深层次的分析影响大学生人际关系的因素,为采取促进大学生人际关系和谐的措施提供依据。方法采用多级随机抽样方法,抽取共364名在校大学生,采用问卷调查方式,并利用IBM SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果在4种不同类型的人际关系中,师生关系的现状是最不乐观的。结论有关部门应针对性地采取措施,拉近师生距离,使当代大学生与老师的关系处于一种'亦师亦友'的和谐状态。

Objective To understand the current situation of contemporary col ege students'interpersonal relationships and their understanding of interpersonal relations,thus the deeper analysis of the factors influencing col ege students'interpersonal relationship,to adopt measure to promote col ege students'harmonious interpersonal relationship.Methods Using multistage random sampling method,sampling a total of 364 col ege students,adopts questionnaire survey method,and use the IBM SPSS 19.0 software for analysis.Results In the four dif erent types of relationships,the status quo of teacher-student relationship is the most is not optimistic,relevant departments of the measures should be taken.Conclusion The relevant departments should be targeted to take measures,close distance between teachers and students,so that in a'normal state of harmony and friendly'relations with the teachers and students.
