摘要
目的:研究不同类型冠心病患者红细胞胆固醇的变化,从临床角度分析红细胞胆固醇(E-ch)与冠心病不稳定性的关系;观察红细胞胆固醇与基质金属蛋白酶.9(MMP-9)的相关性。方法选择住院患者59例,其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP)28例,急性冠脉综合征(ACS)31例,另外选择30例健康体检者作为对照(Nor)。对三组病例的E-ch、MMP-9进行对比分析及相关性分析。结果①E-ch及血清MMP-9水平:ACS组分别与SAP及N组比较均增高,差异具有显著性。SAP与N组间差异均无统计学意义。②直线相关性分析:三组内E-ch与MMP-9呈显著正相关关系(r=0.78,P<0.01);ACS组内,E-ch与MMP-9呈更强的正相关关系(r=0.830, P<0.01=,而在SAP和两组内相关性无统计学意义(F0.206,P=0.121)。结论①ACS患者E-ch明显升高。冠心病患者E-ch水平增高提示病情不稳定。②E-ch水平增高促使炎症反应产物MMP-9分泌增加,可能是E-ch诱导斑块不稳定的一个机制。
Objective:to study the changes of dif erent types of coronary heart disease patients erythrocyte cholesterol,from the perspective of clinical analysis red blood cells(E-ch)cholesterol and coronary heart disease(CHD)instability;Erythrocyte cholesterol and matrix metal oproteinases.9(MMP 9)relevance.Methods:59 cases of hospitalized patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)of 28 cases,31 cases of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and choose 30 cases of healthy physical examination as control(Nor).E-ch of three groups of cases,MMP-9 comparative analysis and correlation analysis.The results①E-ch and serum MMP-9 levels:ACS group and N,respectively,and SAP group were significantly higher,the dif erence was significant.B etween SAP and the N group dif erences were not statistical y significant.②linear correlation analysis:Group E-ch 3 and MMP-9 was significantly positively correlated(r=0.78,P<0.01);within the ACS group,E-ch and MMP-9 showed a stronger positive correlation(r=0.830,P<0.01=,while the SAP was no significant correlation between the two groups and(F0.206,P=0.121).Conclusion①ACS was significantly higher in patients with E-ch.E-ch elevated levels in patients with coronary heart disease prompted unstable.②E-ch promote increased levels of inflammatory reaction product of MMP 9-secretion may be a mechanism for E-ch-induced plaque instability.
