微创技术来治疗高血压脑出血的临床价值分析

The Clinical Value Analysis of Minimally Invasive Techniques Used in Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨临床中运用微创技术来治疗高血压脑出血的价值。方法选取患有高血压脑出血患者60例,采用随机组合分配的方法,将患者分为两组,每组30例,并将两个组分别标记为实验组与对照组,对对照组给予传统的内科开颅手术保守治疗,给予实验组在传统的保守治疗的基础上给予微创治疗,术后第1d、第21 d采集各患者的神经功能缺损与疗效情况。结果在高血压脑出血领域运用微创清除术,研究组的医疗效果和远期康复指数明显高于对照组,神经功能的缺损对于对照组有着显著的降低,在统计学上,两组得出的结论具有显著差异。结论在高血压脑出血领域运用微创清除术具有良好的医疗效果,有利于提高患者的治愈,以及取得良好的医疗效果,值得广泛推广于临床医疗与应用。

Objective:Explore the clinical use of minimal y invasive techniques for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage value.Methods:Patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage 60 were randomly assigned to the combination method,the patients were divided into two groups of 30 cases,and the two groups were labeled as experimental group and control group,the control group was given on traditional medicine craniotomy conservative treatment,given the experimental group in the traditional conservative treatment given on the basis of minimal y invasive treatment,after the first day of the first 21 days acquisition neurological function in patients with clinical response.Results:In the field of the use of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage Minimal y invasive surgery,study groups and long-term health ef ects of rehabilitation index was significantly higher,neurological defects to the control group had significantly lower,statistical y,the two groups have the conclusion of a significant dif erence.Conclusion:In the field of the use of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage Minimal y invasive surgery with good medical ef ects,help to improve the patient's cure,and get good medical ef ect,should be popularized in clinical care and application.
