摘要
目的:实现电子病历与HIS(医院信息系统)、LIS(实验室信息系统)、PACS(影像归档和通讯系统)、病案管理系统、医院感染管理系统、临床药学等系统的信息无缝对接。方法采用建立中间表、视图、Web services等多种方式建立数据接口。结果实现了电子病历与多系统间信息对接,建立了以电子病历为核心的临床信息系统。结论采用接口方式实现电子病历与多系统的数据交换是电子病历顺利实施的基础。
Objective:Make the data change between Electronic Medical Record system and HIS(Hospital Information System),LIS(Laboratory Information System),PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System),Medical Records Management System,Hospital Infection Management System and Clinical Pharmacy Management System.Methods:Establish the data interface by Creating intermediate tables,views,Web services and other kinds.Results:Make the data change between Electronic Medical Record system and other management systems.creat the Clinic Information System by the center of Electronic Medical Record system.Conclusions:Make the data change between Electronic Medical Record system and other management systems by data interfaces is the basic of Electronic Medical Record system.
