参芎注射液对糖尿病肾病的微量蛋白尿、肾功能的影响

Impact of Shenxiong Injection on Microalbuminuria Renal Function of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨参芎注射液对糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将60例III期及IV期DN患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组为一般治疗,治疗组在一般治疗基础上,加用参芎注射液100ml/d,1次/d,两组均治疗了1个疗程,15d。比较两组治疗前后微量蛋白尿、血肌酐(SCR)、尿素氮(BUN)情况。结果参芎注射液治疗DN(III期和IV期),可减少尿蛋白排泄、改善肾功能,值得临床推广应用及进一步研究。

Objective To discuss the clinical ef icary of shenxiong injection in treating Diabetic Nephropathy(DN).Methods:60 cases of DN(stage III and stage IV)were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Two group were given identical general treatment.The treatment group were treated with shenxiong-injection besides the general group,100ml,once a day,15 days for a course of treatment.The level of serum creatinine(SCR),urea nitrogen(BUN)and microalbumimuria were measured and compared between two groups before and after treatment.Result:shenxiong injection can reduce albumin excretion and improve the kidney function in treating DN(stage III and stage IV).It is worth clinical promotion application and further research.
